General Terms and Conditions

1. This invoice is official proof of purchase; no return, exchange, or warranty claim is accepted without it.
2. All prices on this invoice are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all fees disclosed at the time of order, unless stated otherwise.
3. An order is considered confirmed once electronic/bank payment is completed, or upon cash payment on delivery, per the payment method chosen at checkout.
4. Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging, unless a product- or platform-specific return policy states otherwise.
5. Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
6. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
7. Warranty, where applicable, follows the manufacturer's or supplier's policy stated on the product packaging; the company is not liable for misuse.
8. Purchases made via marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Jumia) are also subject to that marketplace's own terms in addition to these terms; the more specific terms apply in case of conflict.
9. Customer data is kept confidential and used solely to complete the sale and related communication.
10. This invoice and any dispute arising from it are governed by Egyptian law, with exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
